Senior Full-Stack Developer @ Teraception

Lahore

  • Engineered a visitor & workflow management SaaS: configurable visitor types, pre-registration links, group check-in, host notifications (SMS, email, Teams, Slack), badge printing, watchlist/ban list, and emergency broadcast SMS to all checked-in visitors.
  • Built a Hub-of-Hubs QR kiosk architecture: self-service kiosks with nested hub support; a single workflow deployable across multiple hubs simultaneously.
  • Developed a multi-tenant, multi-database interpreter & accessibility SaaS with a three-way interface (Admin, Provider, Customer) for an all-in-one interpretation services platform.
  • Implemented singleton in-memory caching for permissions and repeated queries, eliminating redundant DB hits and significantly improving response times across all modules.
  • Delivered integrations: Microsoft Entra SSO, Teams notifications, HubSpot CRM, and Aruba Central.
  • Added multi-locale auto-translation (text + documents) via Google Cloud Translation, Azure Translator & DeepL, plus real-time collaboration in assignment delivery.
  • Set up AWS Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch for serverless processing and storage; integrated Sentry for error monitoring and Azure / Google Cloud Storage for file management.
  • Built Python PDF text-replacement tooling: a bulk document-processing pipeline for template-based PDF generation.
